We have created a form to simplify the process of submitting open records requests, but it's important to note that requestors are not obligated to use this form when making their requests.
To submit the form electronically, please send it to openrecords-procurement@atlantaga.gov and address it to the DOP Open Record Request Custodian.
It is worth mentioning that this form is specifically for requesting documents that are exclusively managed and maintained by the Department of Procurement. Requests for public records should be directed to the department(s) with custody of the specific records being sought. Please direct your records requests to the appropriate designated custodian for each City Department as listed HERE.
